you can legally get tattooed with your parent's permission. bring your mother or father with you to the studio and have them sign a waiver. if your parents won't let you get a tattoo now, then please, please, please wait a year until you're legal. if a studio overlooks age, it's likely to overlook a lot of other things as well - like quality and sanitation.
