What kind of fuel do i need for my lighter?

  • i found a refillble lighter when helping a friend move, and i found some fuel. the lighter has a small hole and i found a bottle of lighter fuel. it has a spout in the videos, you toke a airasol-like can with a straw thing attached. what is that and do i need that or can i use what i've got?

    You may want to use some butane fuel for that refillable lighter. Most cans have adapters attached inside the lid to fit most refill holes and for best results it is a good idea to 'burp" the lighter to release the air by pressing the middle of the fill valve and shake the lighter a bit. You will hear it hiss if there is air in it. Then proceed with refilling the lighter. Please be care full using flamable liquid. Used lighters can have leak's that you can't see and may cause serious injury.
