Totals Subtotal: $0.00 Shipping & Handling: $0.00 Total: $0.00 So that would be 0.00 as the total right? I wouldnt have to pay the 1.00?

    If I am reading it correctly, you would only pay $1 if you ordered stamps. I've ordered free boxes from the post office on a few occassions and have never paid anything. The postman always drops it off on his regular route.
