I need a place to rent in Philadelphia for $400.00 per month ( that includes all utilities) Can you help?

I live in Florida, but I am trying to find a cheap place to rent in Philadelphia, Pa. . I have tried Craigslist.com and have tried several other sites as well. Does anyone know of a place that is in a good neighborhood and would charge me only $400.00 per month? ( And includes utilities) I was supposed to be moved up by the 15th. I have even tried looking up motels there. But they want like $900.00 to $1,200.00 per month ! :/

Answer:
$400 a month will get you an apartment in a very bad neighborhood. Good neighborhoods usually start at $700 a month and that does not include any utilities.

No- the rent is much higher then that there. You may be able to find a place in a very bad neighborhood- that's it.
