Where are the best clothing stores in Philadelphia?

I'm looking for a men's clothing store in Philadelphia?

I live in Philadelphia and I would like to get a new suit. What I'm ideally looking for is a small men's store owned by some guy who's been in the business for a few decades and who can find a suit and fit it to me; kind of like clothing stores used to be back in the day. I don't want a department store or a chain if I can avoid it. Does anyone know of any stores like this in Philadelphia? Thanks in advance!
