it actually depends upon their expectations. You will want to break down pricing by 1 bed/1 bath; 2 bed/1bath; 2 bed/2bath; 3 bed/2 bath. I actually used to work some apartment communities for commercial cleaning; I am assuming you are the one taking care of the make-readies correct? Make sure these actually are make-readies, and you will also want to add pricing for touch-ups (this means if you have already cleaned an apt, and you have to go back in for whatever reason, you are charging them again, but a much smaller fee - maybe $25.00 or so for touch-ups). Have you had anything for apt cleaning contracts, or are you in the process?
