How do you franchise and what do I need?

Does anyone own a franchise with Rita's Water Ice? I need some questions answerred for a project. Pls help.

What is the cost to the franchisee for ending a franchise contract? 6. Are transfers of ownership allowed? What are the circumstances? 7. Can a frachisee retire from the franchise? If so, what are the different ways to do so? 8. Is there compensation for goodwill for selling or does the franchisee have to take a loss? 9. Does Rita's help franchisee's with credit? 10. Is there a corporate buy-out or takeover if the franchisee is not doing as well as Rita's would like them to be doing?
