Cooked turkey for thanksgiving?

Where can I order a pre-cooked turkey for thanksgiving in Orlando or Kissimmmee, Florida??

  • This will be me and my boyfriends first thanksgiving together without our families. Unfortunately, we don't have time to cook the turkey, and we don't know how... So, we are planning on ordering one, and making all the sides at home, because we know we can handle that. We need a very small, under 8lb turkey that we can order, and we were wondering if anyone knew of any local places where we could get one for our first Thanksgiving with just us two.

  • Answer:

Try TooJays definately! Depending on how much you want to spend of course. Also, there's the Honey Baked Ham store. I believe they have turkeys also. Additionally, cooking a turkey is relatively easy even if you don't know how to cook. You can even buy a turkey with its own pop up time. :o) Good luck and Happy Thanksgiving!

Alot of grocery stores with a deli department offer this kind of thing. The best thing to do is make a coulpe of phone calls. More than likely there is one anywhere from2 to 10 miles from where u live. Good luck and Happy Thanksgiving.

Carly, cooking a turkey is easy and cheaper. All you have to do is buy one for like 39 -69 cents a pound which will run for about $3.90 - $10.00 for a 10 pound turkey. Put it in the refrigerator at the bottom from the freezer 2 days before Thanksgiving. The evening before Thanksgiving, put some olive oil, salt, and pepper all over it and put it in one of the those baking bags. Put it in one of those big aluminum pans and set your oven for 200 degrees. Cook it over night on that temperature. Put it in at 9 pm and it will be done by 9am. slow roast for about 12 hours. simple and easy. If you want to buy one, your local grocery stores usually have some for sale that are cooked. Some stores that have those prepared dinners, sometimes the food is frozen and not fresh. You can also call some restuarants in the area and they offer cooked turkeys. You may also want to go out to eat since it is only the 2 of you...many places like churches have thanksgiving dinner and also in my area, we have the Star Of Hope that serves dinner to the poor and needy and many people donate their time for that and eat there....good luck and happy thanksgiving...

Try walmart's deli & also any of the big grocery store chains. You may not be able to find one that small, so if you can't...get a turkey breast instead.
