Where can I find an inexpensive paper cutter?

Diamonds direct from the cutter? I can't find the site...?

• There was a web site I had found approx 12-15 years ago where you could buy diamonds direct from the cutter. I believe they were in NYC and the cutter's name was Ted. They may not be in business anymore. I have searched the web, but cannot find them. I cannot remember the exact name but it was something simple, like Diamondnet or 1diamond1 or something like that. The web site was very simple then with mostly just a bunch of testimonials. The guy would take credit card info and ID from you and just send you a Fedex envelope with loose diamonds wrapped in blue tissue paper based on a price range you gave him. You could take the stones to a jeweler locally to be checked out or to compare the quality and just return them if you decided not to purchase one. He sent me 4-5 diamonds of high quality via Fedex. The jewelers that I visited could not offer a similar stone for the same price. I just picked one and sent the rest back and then contacted him to complete the purchase. I was in the market again, but for the life of me cannot remember his name or the web site name or address..... Anyone else remember or purchase from this man online??
