What is transport catering?

Help deciding on Indian Catering?

• We are trying to decide on an Indian restaurant to cater our wedding this June. One option for us is Moghul which is based in Edison, NJ. They supposedly have an excellent reputation for catering and also catered my fiance's brother's wedding several years ago and it was apparently good. However, when we went to try the food at the restaurant a few weeks ago, a lot of it was TERRIBLE. I mean really really terrible. Now I"m reading reviews about how the restaurant quality has declined, but I STILL see rave reviews for their wedding catering. Is it possible that their restaurant food might suck but their catering food is a little different and is still good? I'm not sure if I trust all the rave reviews about the catering - they are ALL 5 stars and kind of have the same tone. Then again, this place is apparently well known and I think my future in-laws would prefer to go with them since they have used them before and they like to stick with "safe" things. I mean, I'm fine with it but I just don't want it to be terrible. And what I tried at the restaurant was pretty awful. And I know my indian food. Another option we are looking at is Bukhara Grill. We haven't yet tried the food there and are going sometime this week but again, I don't' know whether to trust the catering reviews or not. Any advice/suggestions? Is it possible that the food at a restaurant will be totally different from the food served at a catered event?
