What university has a good nursing program?

Which university has a good nursing program that is not impossible to get into in NYC preferably by Mt. Vernon?

I am interested in a nursing career, but right now i am in my first year of community college in california but i really want to move to NYC after 2 years and get into a good nursing program that is not too hard to get into and not incredibly expensive (assuming i will recieve financial aid) which college do you recommend in New York preferably by Mt. Vernon area thank you in advance!
