Where can I be an RN?

So, no one is hiring LPNs in NYC, where can I intern as I finish my RN degree?

There literally are not any nursing jobs here. I am finishing up my RN degree and wondering where I can intern...volunteer..work for free. If I can't be paid, I would at least like to gain some skills. I feel like I just graduated and have forgotten so much already. I don't want to waste this degree.

NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital is hiring right now. Along with several others. I Googled it and found thousands just in NY alone. Not to mention North carolina is begging for nurses. http://careers.nyp.org/
