Are there any legitimate work-at-home jobs out there?

My name is Evita R. I would like to know if anyone knows of a legitimate workathome business I live in NY?

I am presently unemployed and seeking a workathome business. I have been looking for evening jobs, so that I can take care of the children during the day, but no luck so far. I havent seen at "work from home" that doesnt require a downpayment. I am an IBO(independant business owner) for Quixtar. Its an on and off the internet based company.
