Where Can a 15 Year old Find A Job/Summer Job in New York City?

  • I'm 15 Years old And I'm looking For a summer Job Or even a Part time job.I did sign up for summer youth but unfortunately I did not get chosen this year.This Makes it very Difficult For Me to Find a Job Because Most Places Hire 16 and up.You Guys Have any Advice to where I can get a job. I'm Not very particular When It Comes to the job

Well where i live is montana and here hires at 15. Well, can't like fast food restaurant such as burger king, McDonald's, or even a cafe? I work at movie theatre and we work for an hour then go home and go back when the movie is over to work for another hour or two. I love it since i have to be a my family restaurant working and it is right across the street. but if things aren't that convenience, look for jobs that gives you around 4 hours minimum. It can save a lot of gas in the long run. Good luck on finding a job there.

see if you can't do things in your neighborhood, mowing, cleaning, dog sitting or walking, lots of things people want done that a youth can do for a few hours a day
