Which is the best school to learn medical billing and coding in miami, florida?

I always recommend your local community or technical school. They will be WAY less expensive than the private for profit schools, their credits are transferable and most offer online classes. If you are interested in an online only program, I'd suggest the coding programs from either AAPC or AHIMA. They are the top coding credentialing organizations in the country, so their programs are in depth and comprehensive. Just an FYI, this field is over saturated, a lot of new grads struggle to find jobs, but if you are willing to look for something entry level in HIM, such as medical records, account follow up, data entry, etc. Gain medical experience and become more familiar with ICD 9, CPT and reimbursement. Then you can move up to a coding job.

Agree with above, avoid for profit colleges, go to any community accredited college. That will save you time, none of the fast courses will save you time, because you'll be working alot to make up for not doing it right the first time. Good luck.
