What does it cost to rent a kiosk in Aventura Mall - Miami?
-
I am interested in renting a kiosk to sell goods in the Aventura Mall in N. Miami, FL Does anyone know how much this costs? We want the smallest sized kiosk. I can call the offices on Tuesday but thought I'd see if anyone out there knew anything about this. I know it is owned by The Mills Corp. Also, has anyone ever run a store in a mall kiosk?

Answer:
It's owned by The Mills Corp.? Thought it was someone else! Who knows? You can be sure that it's very pricey, but its a great mall- I live a few minutes away! See ya there- Good Luck!!! I bet you can get someone to sublease the one they got. Many businesses are moving out of Aventura Mall- The owners have aggressive tactics when dealing with tenants!
