Answer:
I know when I worked at American Apparel they had some 15 year olds. Although they don't like doing it they can legally with some sort of permission from the parent or guardian. Perhaps some other retailers will also accept that. You might also be able to get a job as a bus boy/girl at a restaurant. That way you might even get tips! Walk around the beach or wherever theres a high concentration of shops and stuff (sunset, aventura etc) thats near you and go into places with your resume. List off all the things you've done like babysitting or mowing someones lawn or any awards/achievements you've accomplished at school that show you have some responsibility! Good luck.

Some employers may frown on hiring someone so young because there are restrictions on how many hours minors can work. In general, most states require minors to get a work permit signed by their employer. The work permit lays out restrictions, such as how many hours a day or week a minor can work, or until what hours a minor can work. Many employers don't want to deal with the hassle of trying to work out a special schedule for a young employee, which makes it harder for you to get a job. Still, applying to these places is totally worth the effort. So what if you get turned down? Then you move on to the next place. In reality, there are many places you can go to find a job. Restaurants, delis, cafes, small shops, grocery stores, fast food restaurants and retail stores are just a few. Basically, if you're 15, and applying for a job, apply everywhere that offers part-time work, and don't be picky. The more places you apply, the more chances you have of finding a job. Also, remember to take looking for a job seriously. You're young, and have that much more to prove when you walk into an establishment looking for a job. You need to appear confident and responsible.

Fast food. I think you have to be 16 though with a work permit.
