How to send an item through USPS?

Where is my item now?

  • I have purchased a pair of shoes from a USA ebay seller in mid-dec09. The seller used USPS Priority Mail International to send my item to Singapore. The last check/info on USPS website on my item states that my item left the United States from ISC LOS ANGELES CA (USPS) at 12:37 AM on December 23, 2009. Thereafter, there is no further infomation updated still todate. Now its already the 3rd weeks since it left USA and I still have not received my item. Ihave checked with my local postal service and they unable to trace the item by tracking number given by USPS and I have also checked with my seller. They said the item is in transit and they can't confirm is the item sent by Air or surface mail. Sigh!!!. So where is my item floating in??? It can't be that long to arrive to Singapore? Pls help!!!

Why don't you contact to some USPS guys from their website to complain about your loss stuff. Just click "contact us" and you'll find their phone number or email. Good luck.

Sometime it can take up to 14-21 business days to receive the item Internationally, However it was sent through Priority mail but usps does not guarantee on International Shipping.. since it left on 23rd, dec its not been full 21 business days, wait till wednesday, jan 20, 2010 if you haven't received till then contact usps at http://www.usps.com/customerservice/welcome.htm?from=home_header&page=CustomerService Hope that helps
