Where are some good places to buy fireworks in Los Angeles?

I live in the valley and i was just wondering if there are any good places to buy fireworks. I dont mean those sissy little safe and sane fireworks, i mean like bottle rockets, artillery shells, roman candles, firecrackers etc. I heard that chinatown has good fireworks but i dont know where they sell them there around the 4th of July. Thank you

its legal in the oc to sell fireworks.. they set up alot of stands next to taco stands when it gets closer to summer, i dont know if they sell the big stuff but im sure youd find it in the oc, like towards knotts berry farm, anaheim area

The only place to buy them legally would be in TJ, but is illegal to bring them back. California bans all "good" fireworks.

It won't be over the counter in ChinaTown as it is in the city limits and is illegal there. You might find something in Craigs list but your best bet is a bit of a drive. There is supposed to be a plant in Parump Nv, near vegas that supposedly has the stuff you want. I have never been there myself.
