Is Los Angeles Really Better than the San Fernando Valley?

Where in the Los Angeles,CA or San Fernando Valley area can I buy a kite?

  • I'm looking for a retail store(not website) that sells kites in the Los Angeles or San Fernando Valley area? Does anyone know where I can purchase kites for the park?

    Have you tried Wal-Mart or similar locations? They would be in the children's toy section. Not sure what type of kite you are looking for, but I am sure they will have a low-cost one if it is for a child.
