To give them an idea of the size of a room you need (they have movable walls so they can size it up for you), you will need to determine the number in your party, what type of event is taking place and what services you will need from the hotel (meal service, just water, soda, bar service, etc). The price will depend on the size needed and what services / amenities. Other than that, it is pretty much like renting a regular room.
