    Always move the goal post. When a customer raises an objection, always confirm that they are EXACTLY RIGHT, and complement them on their saavy. Then side step by moving them to a completely different tack, as if their objection was actually about a completely different issue, and press forward with the further benefits to that customer. Eg. Cust: "This car is too expensive" Sales: "You are absolutely right to say that when comparing apples and apples! However just a few points to consider are: xyz that benefits you, abc that is differentiated, and we can be very flexible to meet your specific needs" Now it isn't about sales, but rather negotiation and building value.

never fight with the customer just let all of the objection come out in the beginning and be understanding. Always know your product and have answer to all question never guess if you do not know get help people hate knowitalls and most already know the answer. Let the objection go in one ear and out the other if it is a good one answer honestly
