  Customer service plays a partial role in determining my vendors. If a vendor has a reputation as having good customer relations, then I consider that as a plus; bad reputation for support gets counted as a negative. Pricing and quality do have larger roles in my purchasing decisions, but all things being equal, I would choose the better customer-oriented vendor. Hope this helps!
