Electric daisy carnival (Rave in Los Angeles?

Are there any places i can rent and throw a rave at in Los Angeles,CA?

My birthday is on August 7th, but im not going to be in town. I was thinking about throwing a rave or something when i come back. This is all to happen before college starts, which is on the 24th. Does anyone know any places that would lend me there property or gig for a reasonable price? I know many famous Deejays and producers like Deadmau5 and DJ Reza, and they would be the special guest appearances if this happens. The main event would be me playing my music.
