Where can a 14 year old get a part time job in vegas?

• So i would like to get a job after school or on the weekends. so im a 14 yr old girl and my friend told me that she got a work permit? what is that and how do you get in lol. so please dont say go and say mow lawns or do chrous i want a real job. i was thinking maybe at this clothing store called hottie or borders something like that. what is some advice or other jobs that will employ 14 year olds. oh again please no paper routes or anything it gets really hot here. and the reason behind all of this is because my faimly is going through alot right now and instead of asking for money i would like to sort of i guess support myself. thanks (:

I have friends with college degrees who are working basic retail jobs because the unemployment rate is so horrible in Las Vegas. You are going to have a lot of difficulty finding a job because you are so young and have no previous work experience. You will just have to apply at a lot of places and not be picky.
