What is the start up cost of a small bakery buisness?

I need all the equipment, fryer, proofer, cutting table, mixer and bowls, ect. Then i need to know the avg cost of a good located place with space to lease. The employees i really can figure that out myself.

I don't know the cost of starting up the type of business you describe, but i have a small business and i found it very useful to go through the Small Business Association called SCORE - most towns have a SCORE location - it's free, made up of retired business men and women and they are more than glad to assist you in figuring out all the things you will need to consider: loans, start-up costs, accounting, etc.-they are really great to work with! Good luck on your venture-sorry I couldn't give you more.
