I TRY TO PAY FOR HOUSTON COMMUNITY COLLEGE BUT THIS problem happens HELP ME ANYBODY?

Hey how are you doing guys. I was trying pay for my semester. I clicked on the "make a payment plan" but whenever i try to click that it takes a long time and it says "An error has occurred. The problem has been logged for the system administrator. " What does that mean. HOw do i pay? becuase my classes are starting on tuesday and if i don't pay ..my classes get dropped and todays sunday also so basically i'ma like stuck..any advice???

Your internet connection may be unable to handle their program. Call or visit the college tomorrow morning right when it opens and explain the situation. They should be able to help you out and make sure you're not dropped. Good luck!
