How can or who do I speak to report the company i work for continuously gives us(workers) bad checks?

A company from santa fe tx just south of houston pays on a friday...well the checks don't get cash at their bank-Amegy Bank- tell 6 days later.Why? no money in the company account.I'm sure the company has money, yet they refuse to pay us on time...once a week.

The TWC (Texas Workforce Commission) they're like the employer police lol Google that and go to the TWC link to report suspicious activity done by your employer. ( by the way, The BBB is for consumer complaints; contact the TWC)
