Can anyone tell me what is the address of the French Ministry of Finance?

I'm looking for a car...is it worth going to Houston?

  • I live in Louisiana and a lot of people I know go to Houston or other parts of Texas to finance cars. Everyone says you don't need to have credit or money for a down payment. Does anyone live in Houston or other parts of Tx and can tell me if this is true? And if it is true, give me an idea of some car lots. What kind of documents do I need to bring with me? To finance do I need a TX license or address? Any info will help. Thanks

    Don't believe the hype, you will pay a downpayment. I'm in dallas and there are tons of places where you can have bad credit, the car may be about 5 years old, you will initially have inhouse financing and then the loan will be bought by a third party and then everything will be on there terms. You may at least have to have a texas address.

There are a lot of dealerships in the Houston area that do not require credit, but your payment will be sky high. As far as no down payment, unless your planning on going to the little rinky dink places that sell cars from 10 years ago, I believe you will need some sort of down payment. I'm not 100 Percent about this, but I live in Houston and I have never heard of anyone requiring nothing in exchange to drive off the lot.
