Anyone know how to create an infinite call loop or spam called a phone number so much it rings constantly?

• Want to have a phone # blown up.. Anyone know how or where to input a phone number to have it called often? I bought a business and made it thrive. The person I bought the business from owned the phone number rights which i did not know, despite me paying the bill for the last two years. He wanted to steal my new business and took the phone number without letting me know. Now all my customers are calling him and he is not giving them my new #.. Does anyone know how to overload this number with so many calls either sales calls or an infinite loop from my own? I just want it to ring constantly..
