Whats the cheapest electric company in Houston, TX for an apartment?

I moved into an apartment and the lady told me all bills were paid but now she's telling me I have to find my own electricity provider. Does anyone know a cheap company thats good, that I can use for my apartment?

go to "power to choose" on the net. Reliant & Dyna watt $ 0.078 KWH - do not buy the fixed rate plan, or any other , other than the variable rate plan!!! Yes they can raise your rate, only when natural gas prices raise, & they get an ok from the Texas PUC
