Are there any jobs in Houston, Texas that hire at 13 years old?

• I owe my dad a lot of money, plus the extra 150$ i need for something else, and i'm broke. nobody in my neighborhood wants me to do anything for them, whether it's mowing lawns, washing cars, babysitting, or anything else, and it's summer, so there isn't much raking to be done. I was wondering if there were any jobs that hire at 13. Not anything big, just a summer job like fast food, an ice cream shop, stuff like that. i know that some places hire at 14, but that's way too long to wait before paying back my dad. if anyone knows of any jobs, please let me know, and thanks in advance to anyone who takes the time to answer, even if it isn't the best answer,i still appreciate it.
