What are grocery store interview questions?

What are some interview questions at heb grocery store ? please help?

    i just interviewed there today! i havent done the group interview but what they do is you go one on one with a manager and they DEFINITELY ask "why do you want to work at heb?" (i said because i have friends who work there that have for yars which means heb treats their employees well blah blah and because there are so many heb's that if i did plan on moving i have the opportunity to continue working at heb because there are so many) and they ask "Tell me about a situation where youand a group of coworkers had to help each other succeed" and "which one of your prior jobs did you like the most..which did you like the least" and "if you are just finishing your 15 minute break and are about to go back, but a customer stops you and asks you where the cheese is but you have no idea where it is what would you do?" (i said i would escort them to a person in the food department and explain the customer's situation and make sure they get help, definitely wouldn't say 'i dunno i dont work in that department.' ) and they said "tell me about yourself" also. ahhhh good luck!

Not sure about their exact questions. I work for a different retailer and they ask questions like 1.) What is your biggest strength? 2.) What is something that you are working to improve? 3.) Why did you leave your last job? 4.) Why do you want to work here/ what will you contribute to our team? 5.) Tell me a time you helped a customer. 6.) Tell me about a time you were working with someone that wasn't pulling their own weight. They just want to see that you are friendly, will help customers, be a good team player, can work weekends when they are busiest and care about food quality/ safety. Good luck at your interview!

why do you think we should hire you? why do you want to work at (insert name of store here)? Do you have any experience? How quick are you? Are you a fast learner? How many hours a week can you work? Can you work early mornings or late in the evenings? Do you have any limitations that would interfere with your ability to perform the job? Do you get along with the public? Tell me what you would do if you have an irate customer, how you would handle the situation? Do you have problems getting to work on time? Do you have transportation? I can't think of anymore right now....

They did a group interview for me and it was kinda fun they had use all stand up one at a time and tell everyone who we were and why we should get this job. they also had use draw a picture of the position we would like to have and how we would do it don't worry no one was an artist. it was a little more relaxed then I expected and then we had to stand up and try to sell one product we know to the manager. Don't worry if they do it anything like this it was fun. you will do fine.
