What would happen to the city if DPS filed for Bankruptcy?

  You sound as uncertain for the future of the city as I did when I was there. And as I still do from time to time considering the my lineage begins and remains there. Im not sure, hun. A serious transformation is taking place in the city right now. It seems like a flush out before the cleansing. For what reason Im not sure. But if this happens, what will happen with the children, the parents who are employed? However; I can tell you one thing, its a recession all across the country right now. Ive traveled to a few states and though Detroit was the first to be affected. And remains the most hardly hit to this day, this situation is migrating across the country. Some people feel that it may only last another year. Im not seeing an improvement at all so how can that be. I see this recession leading toward a drought and a scramble for limited resources everywhere. Bankruptcy appears to be only solution to get out of the severe debt that the school system is in right now. Thanks to the good ole crooks of the cities leadership. Its time that we take voting very serious. We even saw that with the Obama election. We have some say over what our future holds. Right now we have to let be, what will be. But once the city has dried and ripened again, make wiser decisions realizing that what WE DO may make us happy for a generation, but will be devastating for the next one. Its happening with America as a whole. The decisions our founding fathers made has left a serious impact on the country today. Overall, idk my friend. Your guess is as good as mine.
