Where can I order a Canadian Diamond ring?

• like four years ago my mom fell in love with this ring. I was thinking me my dad and my sister could get it for her for mother's day. It's a calla cut diamond ring so its really expensive (like $4,000 on the add). I found it selling for almost $3,000 in Ohio. I was wondering if anyone knows where I could find somewhere they could make something like it with cubic zarconia so it would be a little cheaper. it would help if it was somewhere near southeast Michigan or where I could order it.
