Christmas Charities that accept used toy donations in the Dallas/Fort Worth area?

• My daughter has donated toys in the past and would like to do so again for Christmas. I am looking for the names of some charities in the D/FW area that accept used toys as Christmas donations. Of course, we would love to take our daughter to the store to pick out new toys to donate but we really can't afford it. My husband and I are both full time students with another baby on the way. She has a modest stack of presents under the tree and, honestly, most of them are used toys and games purchased on Ebay. LO is a very giving, sweet child and I want that to grow. We want her to know that charity is not something that rich people do but something that anyone can do. Obviously, we would not donate anything dirty, old, or broken. LO understands that the best gift she could give another kid is not the toy she doesn't like anymore but the one that she loves. Any ideas? Thanks!

  Goodwill or Catholic Charities. Most churches will have a charity of choice they can refer you to. Most of the seasonal toy drives look for new stuff.
