Which internet provider for chicago, IL?

I'll be relocating from LA to Chicago, IL end of the month. and I would like to know which Internet provider is best to have. unfortunately Verizon is not available there. I currently pay $80 package for internet and phone. and I would like to pay the same, but which company to go for please? thanks
