How to find a job QUICK in CHICAGO?

  • I'm suffering as of this point. I have sank into a depression. I dropped out of school this semester even though my GPA was a 3.5. I had to sacrifice my future in order to find employment, because I can't afford school books...transportation...supplies...resi… Someone please help me....How can I go about finding a job. I have not garnered any skills yet. My life is in the biggest **** hole! I know others are also going through tough times, but I'm only 19 and it's ridiculous for me to be going through such financial turmoil this young. Please help me! As of this point I don't want life. I just want 2 give it away. I feel useless I feel hopeless. I need HELP!

    Ok...first off take a deep breath and let it out.Yes we are all in a grind right now and it is definitely hard when you haven't been through something like this. So I understand your angst. Secondly, go to your school counselor and see if there is anything the school can do to keep you. Hun I have been there. you drop out and say I'll make a little money working a job or two and then I'll go back. don''t make that mistake. The state of the country right now is in depression mode and there are many ways to get around them for the time being so seriously talk to the financial department and get your bum back in school. Thirdly, take a look at some of the websites like simplyhire.com,indeed.com and definitely careerbuilder.com. To be honest with you, if you need help with your resume, you can send in to me and I can take a look over it before you send it out. Don't give up. You can do this.
