I hate my job. I work til 8pm everyday and every week-end.I'd like a daytime customer service call center job.

I work everyday accept Sunday and get off at 8pm at night.I'm beat by the time I get home and I don't have any days off other than Sunday. I can't even take care of any of my personal business because certain businesses are not open on Sundays. I have my resume on Monster and Careerbuilder however all of the customer service call center jobs that are responding to me are late hours too. DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A CALLCENTER CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE JOB IN NAPERVILLE,OR SURROUNDING AREAS OR CHICAGO THAT THE HOURS AT LEAST END BY 4PM NOT 8PM AND I'D LIKE TO NOT WORK WEEK-ENDS IF POSSIBLE? I NEED SOME OPTIONS SOON OR I'M GOING TO END UP IN THE HOSPITAL. HELP SOMEBODY!

Answer:
I'm from Chicago suburbs too. I was a sales rep in Naperville, Wheaton, Warrenville & West Chicago. I hated sales Anyway, these positions are hard to come by because if the companies are not Headquartered in Chicago, they seek outsourcing from outside Illinois and sometimes out of the country... Panduit in Orland Park and Tinley Park, I didn't get that job... but they are always looking for people. I know also that Corn Products International in Westmont goes through a Temp service called Davis Staffing in Oak Lawn. I didn't like Manpower agency, but they are well known and seems like lazy companies just pick them. I hope this is a start. If you e-mail me at [email protected], I'll keep thinking and looking for you.

Think About It
Have you ever considered doing something like the Arbonne, Mary Kay, Pampered chef types of things? I you like customer service, you might like doing something like that. It migt not be enough to quit your job right away, but it could lead to that. -Angela

I had that same problem untill I hooked up with Paige Personnel Services. http://paigeprofessional.com/ It's a temp agency but they are ALWAYS looking for new people. I worked through them for a year until the job I was temping for hired me full time. Then I transferred to their payroll.

Perhaps you should try another line of work.
