What is a good radio scanner?

What are my chances to get a radio scanner on SEARS, WALMART or RADIOSHACK in Atlanta Georgia?

I need to know where I can buy a Radio Scanner in Atlanta GA, does sears or waltmart sells radioscanner, to be specific the Radio Shack pro 137 or the Uniden 92XLT? if a go to the store will I find it?
