Is Georgia state hard to get into?

Can anyone get commercial drivers license in the state of georgia if they are on siezure medecine?

  Normally you bring a note in stating the medication/treatment you're taking, the condition you have, and the doctor's approval for you to drive. Unless you have something like epilepsy or grand mal seizures you might want to rethink letting the DMV know something like that. When I first applied for a license (I've lived in GA all of my life) I was also on anti-seizure medications. At a different point I'd been diagnosed with myoclonic seizures (random muscle spasms). The first time I went to the DMV armed with doctor's notes and the lady informed me that if she took it then for the rest of my life I would have to present a doctor's note when I reapply and, in some cases, have to continuously retest. I was asked when I last had an episode and as it had been several years she just told me to use common sense and processed my application without the doctor's note. The second time I didn't bother to show them my note although I had one. Bottom line: save yourself the aggravation and don't say anything, especially if your condition is stabilized and has not flared up in years. Definitely talk to your doctor and see if he thinks you're doing fine/cured, but if neither of you anticipate problems then don't borrow any.
