I ordered a pottery barn couch, its been 1 month, so when will it be delivered?

You should call customer service on the website, or call the store if you purchased it from a store special order. A month doesn't seem long enough, to me. I ordered a custom sofa from a furniture store, and it took 5 weeks. I guess it depends on the store, the company, or the website.
