Which is the best survey/referral site?

Does anyone know which is the best housing association/council house/flat exchange internet site?

• My boyfriend, myself and a friend all live in Bournemouth Dorset and really, really want to move to north Devon as soon as possible! Our friend wants a council exchange and we want a housing association/council exchange. We are registered on a site called homeswapperuk, but have found nobody who wants to exchange to Bournemouth yet.. Are we on the best site, or is there a bigger exchange site, that we could join, which maybe has more members, so we are more likely to find someone to swap with? Or is it just that no-one wants to move to Bournemouth from Devon? :( Thanks!

  Hi I live in North Devon, and what I would suggest is that you visit Barnstaple, and put some ads in newsagent windows etc. Avoid the Forches council estate - all the others are ok. I guess not many people surf the net looking....but if you put the offer in front of them, they might consider it.
