Where can I shoot pool in Philadelphia?

Can I shoot someone if they are in my swimming pool?

  • I´m from Texas and I´ve recently had installed a state of the art swimming pool. I´m having trouble with some people (thugs, hippies, etc...) breaking in and using my swimming pool. At this point I become quite enraged and start spitting and stomping my feet on my freshly purchased antique rug from far off in the orient. My wife says I should shoot the people. She is as evenly disgruntled as I am since she loves rug and doesn´t like me stamping on it. I try to explain to her that I believe it is illegal but she says it´s fine. Can someone please clarify the exact laws on this subject matter of shooting people in your swimming pool. Thank you and have a lovely day.

    Well, it's not terribly sporting. It's kind of like shooting fish in a barrel. Being a Florida girl, I wouldn't shoot 'em. I'd just get out my 'Cuda rig that I use fishing for barracuda and shark in the Gulf. I'd just hook them thugs, reel 'em in and hang 'em out to dry. And what's with your wife and the rug? It's already old and everybody knows stuff made in Asia don't stand up worth coon shite anyhow.

Well done. i had the same problem with an ants nest once. I just covered the whole thing in a thin layer of poisonous dust. A really nice thin poisinous layer of dust. This might work for the thugs, but the hippies, well I agree with Florida girl, hook em out and hang em out to dry!!!

Your wife is a trigger-happy fool (no offense), shooting to kill JUST because their in your pool? Disgusting! There are people getting away with their lives after raping and the like and yet you plan on taking a persons life away because of this!? Just get some better security, if you can afford a gun, you can afford security I'm sure. If you shot someone in your swimming pool you would get arrested. on a documentary, a man got arrested for shooting a man who was robbing his house in the leg because he thought he was arms. Get some big guns from a black market, once you see them inside shoot them as they are in your property make sure the bodys are in plain view so the rest of the people coming in can see the dead bodys and fly away.

Unless you intend on spending the rest of your life in jail go ahead and shoot them. You can protect your home INSIDE. If you are watching them and deliberately take aim that is murder. Why don't you call the cops?

instead of shooting...put a big box on top of the pool with a string. When the thugs try to swim again, they will pull the string and making the box fall on top of them

How about you buy a pool cover? If your loaded you can buy an electric one which closes over the top preventing people from getting in... Problem solved, no need for murder eh?
