Are carpet beetles harmful to human health?

Carpet beetles? or what?

• So lately i have been waking up with little red, but not so itchy bumps over my body, i dont have to many but it seems like their increasing over time. I know they cant be bed bugs cause nothing on my bed or my sheets leave any evidence or bed bugs. But i have found like 5 or so what looks like Carpet Beetles in my room and i found about 2 on them on my bed once. If they are carpet beetles, where did they come from and what can i do to make sure i get them 100% out of my room! Please help

  carpet beetles won't leave any sort of bites or marks on you...they can develop between the mattress and bed springs if it hasn't been cleaned lately along with other areas of a bedroom. If your bed is near window they may of come from a closet and flew towards the light of the window.
