Please suggest me from which bank I should take the loan and which type of loan.?

I want to buy land for home for which cost is approx. Rs. 6,00,000. As I know maximum bank provide the loan for construction not for land. Please suggest me from which bank I should take the loan and which type of loan. If I want to take personal loan, can I get the loan of Rs. 6,00,000. I am a government employee and my annual salary is approx. Rs. 4,10,000. I have heard that AXIS bank provide the loan for land as well as construction therefor I talk to AXIS bank but they are not able to give loan because in which city I want to take land, AXIS bank loan branch is not there. Please guide me how can I purchase that property..?
