How to get rid of flies in the house?

I use Raid Flying Insect Killer. I purchase it in bulk from from Dillonchem.com cleaning products store.

You should probably first clean up the area a bit. Make sure everything is clean and disinfected. Like, if you have rotting food or fruit in your garbage, immediately throw that out! There's no point in getting rid of the current flies if they'll just be replaced by new ones later, right? After that, make sure that your trash is tightly sealed with a lid or something so that flies are less likely to get in and lay eggs (ewww) I heard that lavender scented candles are good at repelling flies (of course, this isn't the same as getting rid of them :P). You will need one that is heavily scented and big so that it will last a while. Also to repel flies, I heard hanging clear plastic bags of water work (during the daytime) because to the fly's eyesight they resemble something similar to a spider's web. And to make traps for them, you need to use something that is fruit scented since they are attracted to it. I think for a dish washer trap you need to use fruit scented dish soap. Get a jar, and pour at least an inch of dish soap. Flies will be attracted to the smell and fly in, land, get stuck and drown. A box fan especially works well when you place it in front of your screen window facing you. The back part of the fan will act as a sort of wind tunnel.

Now don't get mad at this answer but most likely your problem is that you have a dirty house. It is drawing the flies just like a dead body would draw them. In fact that may be the problem, you may have a dead mouse in the walls... smelled anything lately? If not then just give your home a good old fashion cleaning from top to bottom. Before you do that get a fly swatter and rage war on them. Check that your screens are in good shape. Missed the deer blood, of course that is your problem, remove it and the problem goes away.

Why not hang fly paper? That's what I did when I moved into my apartment and realized we had a fly problem. You don't have to leave it up forever...just hang it, wait until you notice there aren't flies hanging around, and then take it down. It's safer and easier than spraying poison around, and a lot cheaper than hiring and exterminator.

Technically not supposed to put them indoors but I'm sure you can hang them in your garage. Getting rid of them in the garage might keep them out of the house. You can get them at the store if you don't want to wait for them to ship.

Get some raid or any other pressurized thing e.o get a lighter and you know what to do = ] the raid is just in case the lighter wont work >.<
