Where are some good apartments in Northeast Philly?

Apartments based on your income in Northeast Ohio.?

Im looking for any kind of apartments in ohio that are based on your yearly income. I really need to find a place to stay and im low income so based on your rent apartments are my best option. Thank you SO much.

Hey there. I'm from Canada and I tried to search "northeast" Ohio and didn't get much help.(I didn't know what cities I should be looking for) However there is one board of housing for the whole state that is in charge of subsidized housing. Check out the links below and good luck!
