Which Texas energy provider has the lowest & best fixed rates?

• I am so sick of TUX Energy & there On core associates. The week of Christmas the bums turned my lights off & realized they made a mistake but took hours to come back & turn them on. A week later they had Oncore come once again to turn them off but this time they said that even though we paid the required amount we forgot something owed on an old bill from September that they failed to even mention or send a notice for. Keep in mind we paid exactly what the bill stated.Being that it was freezing outside we paid the amount & once again ONcore took over 8 hours to come turn it on in freezing temeperatures! Yesterday, my electricity went out and when I went outside I saw Oncore down the street & I knew they had blown something. When I called them they came right over but tried to say they were going to charge 50 dollars because it was not there fault even though we know that it is because I saw them in the box right down the street! Please tell me who has the best prices without shady, evil practices?

  I live in the country and do not have a choice on my provider, but you could do a lot worse than TXU. There are companies that charge more and will not answer their phone. Find all your choices at www.powertochose.org
