How to promte the "Water Dispenser?

Sparklett's water dispenser, room temp and cold water question?

• I just recently got a sparkletts water dispenser and got the one that is set to "room temp" and "cold" but both spigots are dispensing very cold water out and none in room temp, i went on sparkletts and it gave me an explanation with an answer but it seems to complicated for me to understand, go figure lol. heres what they said: "The Cook and Cold Dispenser has two distinct reservoirs that hold water at two different temperatures one at room temperature for cooking purposes, and the other chilled to 45-50 degrees. Leading to each reservoir are two lines that hold about 12 ounces of water. In some cases, the cold line may accidentally chill the room temperature line, resulting in cold water coming from both spigots. Once the 12 ounces of water from both lines are released, room temperature water will dispense directly from the reservoir." im assuming in there explanation that "cook" is supposed to be "cool" but i know nothing about this so i could be wrong, maybe they are saying "cook" lol so my question is, how do i set one of the spigots to room temp??? 10 points best answer, thank you!

  The "cook" one is the room temperature one, not the cold one. It seems to be saying that it may cross once in a while and to remedy this, dispense 12 ounces from the "cook" or room temperature side and it should correct itself. Did you buy at store or from Sparkletts? If from Sparkletts, cal them to come out and remedy the issue. If you bought it, call them anyway and have them explain over the phone what needs to be done. If they want to come out, tell them you're broke, because they will charge you, but to please explain over the phone what needs to be done. Again, from what I am reading, drain 12 ounces, usually a glass and a half of the room temp side and it should remedy. Good luck!
